There is a setting in the VPN called Split Tunneling & allow apps through that you can not use a VPN with. There are a few apps that do not allow VPNs. I originally got it to change my geolocation for my IPTV. All my media devices just connect when started up. So at first that's what I thought it was. It's just a phone I use for Sirius & you tube. & an old Galaxy s10 The galaxy is where I noticed this problem. Weird that I had to do this, But glad it's not just me.
